The diverse and complex requirements of most engagements mean that it is not possible to use a cookie cutter approach – each and every engagement plan is customized.

Engagement registration
Engagement details are uploaded and registered in the SAECULII project management system.
Monitoring in work flow processes from start to finish ensures engagement quality is maintained, and ensures all your questions receive prompt and full answers.

Engagement plan
A customized engagement plan will be developed according to the specifications of the SAECULII Project Management Manual.

Engagement team
The project manager assigned to your engagement will carefully assemble a team of native English Japanese interpreters with the right skill sets unique to the engagement requirements.

Engagement resources
Technical, knowledge and other resources required for successful completion of the engagement are assembled.
At this point, we will need the reference materials for your engagement so that the interpreters can thoroughly research and prepare the engagement.

Engagement execution
Engagement instructions are provided to interpreters. Then interpreters will:
- Meet you at the venue
- Interpret as required

Quality control
The project manager conducts regular quality assurance checks after each engagement (session) following our documented QA regime. Necessary corrections to the engagement plan are made.
